Hmm.. yea, the S should have waited to pass. It is the responsibility of the car passing to do it safely. Though... that Porsche shouldn't have passed in braking like that either.

Heres what I see. First wrong is the P-Car dive bombing the S in braking on the outside. It looks like he goes in way too hot and he's pushing alot on the exit. The S drive sees this and tries to pass. Looks like the P-Car drops a wheel in the dirt and the tail wants to flip ends on him. It didn't look like he was in control when he hit the S.
