Default Pics taken with my new toy - Sony DSC-T1

Got myself a pocket sized digital camera called Sony Cybershot DSC-T1. Very nice with a big screen. However, I am not 100% happy with how the pictures turn out. Have a look at these two and let me know what you think.

well the pictures are okay but how much did u buy it for. I price checked it for around 530 and if u paid that much you should have got the minolta g500 for 360 at circuitcity. I tested it out and bought it there, excellent camera.

i don't think they have a circuit city in dubai... do they?

the pics look good... is the T1 the little camera about 3 1/2 inches wide 1 1/2 inches deep and high? i have one of those and its a fun little camera.

No circuit city in Dubai, but plenty of shopping otherwise...

TonyY510 - the Minolta G500 is a really nice camera, but I just did not want the extending lens. I was shopping for the Casio Exilim Z4, Minolta Xt or Ixus II, but I really fell for the big screen on the [small] T1.

insanediego - you can see the T1 specs here.

thanks for the quick reply, DesertRat. i think the dsc-t1 is supposed to come to the US this month if it hasn't already arrived. i'll look into the minolta as well, but i really like the screen and the slim nature of the sony.

I love my Sony Digital camera. Like Dubai said, you will see a difference under different lighting conditions and/or time of day..... Photoshop can always make good pictures look even better...

Nice but the pictures look flat, like there's no dynamic range.

Maybe it's just the fact that you took them on a cloudy day? *shrug*
