Default Pics of my friend's newly acquired S2k :)

Well my friend Jason, just recently purchased a MY03 S and I had the opportunity to take some shots of his car. He flew to Texas to pick it up (flying from Colorado) and when he got it, it had ~9K miles on it. He told me the lady was selling it because she said that it wasn't very fast...turns out she never shifted above 4,500 rpm or so, LOL

anyways, here's some pics I took and fiddled with in PS...I am in no way shape or form a photagraphy expert, I just thought these looked cool and would share them, enjoy!

Most likely.

She probably never went though a 90 degree turn at more than 10 mph either.

Sounds like my friend from work, who I happened to go to high school with. She drives a '99 Celica w/ a 5-speed manual. Back when I had my (base) RSX 5-speed, I noticed when we left work and went up the onramp to the freeway, I'd always pull on her hard. We're talking like bus-lengths. Eventually I just figured she wasn't gunning it, which really didn't make sense because she always drives pretty fast.

Soooo, one day we're talking about driving and speeding and I mentioned something about down shifting to pass, or say, accelerating up an onramp to the freeway... Her response: "What's that?" She then goes on, "You're car is so much faster than mine, like when we get on the freeway, I'm always gunning it but your car goes so much faster than mine." Me: "Uh, what gear are you in?" Her: "Fifth." Me: *slaps forehead*

Turns out she'd never down shifted, ever, nor had she ever revved out a gear; she'd always shifted at 4.5K max (the point at where the engine, as she says "sounds like it's going to explode"). And this is after 4 years of driving stick. Though admittedly she's not a car person.
