Be aware ... on my first gen Miata, there was a loop sewn into the seat belt that was sewn in such a way that it would come loose in the event of an accident and let you go into the airbag. The idea was to limit how hard the seat belt would hold you, and let the airbag handle harder impacts.
Not sure if that's a common thing, but if it is, you could be in trouble since you no longer have the drivers side airbag. If Honda did the same thing, you might want to either run aftermarket belts, or have that loop reinforced so it won't break in an accident.
