If the grey was a couple shades darker like the Mugen Valve Cover for B-Series motors, it would be sex.

I used that stuff also when Dave PC'd my valve cover and that is some NASTY stuff! Make sure you wear really thick gloves if you use it because my hands were burning trough the gloves.

The stock valve cover will begin to turn a nasty shade of grey when you start to sand it. It is impossible to get the brushed aluminum look on it....cast aluminum doesnt look good.....so dont do it.
