Thanks, yea it was really bad. My S was in the garage with the soft top gutted waiting for the hardtop. Was pumped and ready to get it all back together as quick as possible. The freight driver dropped it off and tried to get back to the truck really quick, which I had to demand he stand there while I opened it up. And I opened it to that....I was livid. The driver actually had the audacity to try to convince me to repair it my self...he said "ah, it's not that bad, a glass place could get that fixed easily and cheap!" I obviously refused the package, contacted hardtopguy...and he got it all resolved fairly quickly. Got the new hardtop about 2 weeks later.

^good move on your part. You'd be a fool to accept the package without opening it first especially for an item like that.
