$80 shipped, but you must remove all the soft top components. If you don't want to do that, I highly suggest just getting the front brackets, which are $38 shipped. The front latches on the hardtop were the only thing that really rattled bad for me. The rear OEM hardware didn't rattle at all on my old hardtop. Having the front Izzy brackets would make it harder to remove the hardtop. But its very much worth it, the ride is completely quiet...no rattles/creaks what so ever. Great product!

. You do have to trim the interior panels slightly to work with the hardware. This hardware was intended for an s2000 with a stripped interior for racing. But after you do the slight trimming, it goes right over the hardware.
