silly question but can someone please answer this.

17x9 +45

&

17x9.5 +38

Would there be any notable visual differences between the 2 set ups?

Also would it be possible to run 255/40/17 tyre on a 17x9.5 +38 setup on the rears? with guard rolling, and bumper cutting? how much camber would i need to run?

Or is a 245/40/17 stretched over pushing it?

Just wanted to confirm this before i make the purchase.

My fronts will be 17x9 +45 245/40/17 and the rears will be 17x9 245/40/17 or the 17x9.5 +38 depending on the response i get.

Thanks guys

^^ posted pics of your car on an Australian based forum jdmstyletuning.com and they love it!

17x9.5 +38 looks badass! i love the way Dorbys car looks. But i drive my car daily and the roads here in Sydney are pretty shit . I have been reading this thread over and over and checking out the handling threads to come to the best setup for myself.

How does the car drive with the setup your running?
