how much? how is it put on, mounting hardware or sticky tape with screws on the outside?

whats TR?

they 17x8+45 are the ones that curve out like this (my wheels)
Both the 17x8 and 17x7.5 offered in our sizes look like this

anything that is a 17x9 with +45 or lower offset will look like this.
