So if I was to say I might sell my brand new rpf1 setup 17x9.5 +38 with 255/40 star specs how much would you guys pay?

wheels and tires have no more than 2,000 miles. Setup like that is about $1700 new minus mounting and balancing.

Would anyone here pay $1300 for them?

For toomuchrice,

Here is dumped on coils with no finger gap. YES, the tire is turned some but not too too much. This is on a 255 RS-3 and i drove horrible backroads at speed with 15mph speed signs (hard turns) and no fender rubbing.

Here is a shot with the 245 and springs, but you can see the flare job done. I hope this helps some:

i had a 245 up front for a year and then switched to a 255. with the 245, i decided to go ahead and flare the fenders only a little bit. The biggest thing i noticed was the fender-liner being rubbed which i trimmed at least half of it away.

BUT, do consider that if u make a HARD turn on a slope or ramp or bump, you will kink the fender. So, i would consider doing a small flare. Be prepared for some chipping, but thats a simple fix with some touch up paint.

I took these To show off the exhaust, but I like how they show off the wheels, too, so I thought I'd post them in here

one extra note, dont forget you will need to do an alignment asap!!! nothing too crazy, but it can only help u decrease the chance of daily rubbing.
