I just can't look at those honda center caps in the rpf1s and come up with anything good to say. They just don't look good.

the 17x9 +45 x4 setup originated as a track setup, so I'm certain that it improves on overall track performance as long as the right suspention settings and correct tires are in place.

for track setups, most of the guys on the board run either 245 or 255 at all four corners. more ruber = more grip

you will need to roll your fenders (front & back) esp if you run the 255s.
Oh thanks ! regarding rolling fenders, do I just get the inside fenders rolled normally or I have to do a custom job like what a lot of members do when they fit 17 x 9.5 rims? to bend the body fender peice out*

btw does anyone know if there are RPF1 replica's with 17x9 et45 ? I've got an offer for a set of RPF1s however theres no centre caps and box and I'm just wondering is there a chance that it could be fake?

cheers

the only replicas out there are for smaller sizes like 15s and 16s. Pretty sure there is no replica of the larger sizes.

Just ordered some SBC 17X9 +45 the other day. I was wandering if anyone had any pics of that size on Espelir springs. I have been searching and I can't seem to find any. Also any recomendations on roll/camber I might need to run. Thanks

if you just want to run 17/9+45 all 4 corners you will need to roll the finders front and rear! also shave the rear bumper tab + about -2 or -3 camber depending on if you run a 245/40 or 255/40

Hey guys,

I'm thinking of getting into the RPF1 game as well, as I was inspired by this pic:

I assume the owner is on s2ki. Anyone know the specs on the wheels? Looks to be 18".
That is Thanhstar's car. PM him.

so I decided to go 17x9 x4.
Here are some pics of one of the wheels when I test fitted the center caps.

just like I was told the parts number is 44732-s9a-a00

your gonna have to shave down the insides of the center cap to make it fit the rear wheels.

I understand this idea however, here is my question, why do almost every RWD high performance vehicle come stagger from the factory? including of course the S? what are the benefits in being stagger? I always wonder that.
