Are you running 215F and 255R now? The understeer must be horrendous!

Yes I am and no its not but I also jsut DD my car with some spirited backroading. I don't Auto-X or Track my car. I honestly love the way it rides compared to my stock AP1s and my old Works with 225/245.

Is anyone with 17x9 +45 all around actually running the correct size non staggered setup of 255's all around?

I figure most guys with 17x8 fronts are running 235's and 17x9 rears are running 255's. That's the correct set up to run IMO.
i'm on 17x8/9 but with 225/255 tires. i'm only lowered about an inch on eibach prokits with UK spec alignment. i had to roll the rears. front is fine, but it rubs a LITTLE on hard turns

Just a roll up front. If you don't and you are fairly low, you run the risk of crunching your fenders like PitchBlackAP1.
lol my fenders r fine, I dont have any wheels on my car yet im planing on geting the 17x9.5 + 38 all around

I run the same setup at the moment, and understeer isn't a problem. You have to take other things into consideration too, like suspension setup for example.

Nice! I am hoping to upgrade to 225 in the fronts. My front fenders are untouched and it looks like there shouldn't be a problem running the 225 since i'm not that low in the front either. Do you have a side view picture of your car so i can see how low your front is?
best i have for now are either of these two:
