i would say the 17x8 +45s would be your best bet.. they clear my stoptechs and these brakes are pretty fat. but you get barely any clearance

Thanks bro. What kind of spacers do you think is required to give an acceptable clearance? I'd like to avoid using a spacer upfront to keep the car's track balanced. If I use a spacer up front, I would have to use a similar one at the back to balance it. However, doing so might cause mg 255 tires to scrub the fenders if I lower the car by an inch and a half. I dont want to roll and do any modification on the fenders.
I think the #1 issue is where the bumper bolts to the fender. #2 you're going to cheese your QP unless you were running fairly aggressive camber (Read: compromised handling)
The modification needed in order to run this setup is very minimal, and you don't even compromise the completely stock appearance of the car. You don't have to pull at all for 8/9 +45 225/255, even with alignment settings revolving around street/track use.
*edit* even a 5mm spacer in front would do wonders to help you with BBK fitment issues.

I'm having trouble finding 225/40/17 for my front 17x9's.
I can only find 225/45, I just realized though since I'm stretching the tires is this the profile that I should be looking for and not the 40's?
