Alright check this out. The 17x9 +45 w/ 255s all around has convinced me BUT:
* I'd like a staggered setup. Honda engineers did it like this for a reason.
* I HATE the convex fronts that most people run. Looks ugly as hell. Concave is the way to go on these wheels IMO.
SO, Im keeping the rears at 17x9 +45 w/ 255s but I'd like to run 17x8 on the fronts while having the same/or super similar concave degree as the rears and also the same amount of lip as the rears (Or again, super similar).
So maybe running 17x8 +38 w/ 235s fronts will achieve this. I understand offsets and wheel stuff but I need to draw this on paper to see the results. Reason I said +38 is because I know this is an available offset. Not sure about less, +20 would be ideal according to my calculations:
CONVERSION:
1 inch = 25.4 millimeter
So running an inch less on fronts means that so to achieve similar 'lip and concave degree' as seen in rears you would need to run +20 (Basically 45mm - 25mm = 20mm offset)

Alright, just checked Enkei's website. The lowest offset for 17x8 is +35mm
This is good s***! I have a good feeling this will achieve the results. I guess +38 is not avail for 17x8 after all.

Why not just go with a 17x9 +45 all around but stagger JUST the tires?

No matter what you're still going to have the convex front. All you're doing is making the wheel stick out a tad bit more in the front with the +38. Not only that you're going to have to do a lot of front fender work to make it fit.

Yeah I searched the alternatives and they are all convex
So i will stagger the tires. 255 rear and 235 front. Front will be streching a bit but shouldn't be that much.
