8" and your having issues Isn't tat 1/2" narrower then a stock Ap2? I guess there must be something wrong with my 9.5" Maybe Enkei lied and they are actually only 7.5
yeah they are narrower then AP2s but are a +45 offset compared to stock +65 or whatever it is. But either way it shouldnt rub. My old works were 17x8 +47 rear and were never even close to rubbing with a 245 tire

everyones wheels looks good.

anyone have pictures of 17x9 +45 on all four with 225 up front and 255 in back?

1. would a good roll, camber, and a little pull up front fit these?

2. any negative handling characteristics compared to the 17x8 up front?

3. would a 225 tire look "stretched" on a 9in wide wheel?

Thanks!

page one shows a picture!!

i want to stay staggered with the tires but like the concave look of the x9's on the fronts too.

basically would there be any negative affects with the 17x9 (225) vs. 17x8 (225) as far as handling. Other than not able to clear BBK's...

Thanks

About as stretched as my 8.5's with 215's. Negative side effects? No. As a matter of fact stretched tires handle better. The tire is already pulled therefore in a turn there is no side wall flex or movement as you would get with a normal or bulging tire. It offers better response/preciseness this way and actually more surface area of the particular tire size is making flatter contact with the road as well for better strait line stability. So if you like the look as do I, it is the better performing way to go all the way around. Thats my experience.
