Yea the spokes are the same, +38 is just 14mm more agressive.
just like dre said, no visual change from 9" +45 to 9.5" +38
outer position is 14mm(13.5mm to be exact ) more extended(aggressive), inner position gains 1mm more clearance.

Nope, 100% real. There is a lack of general knowledge nowadays. It's awsome to see someone who can take any car and have the know-how to have correct/perfect fitment without the use of a general/standard fitment guide or just copying another setup you have seen. Respect brother!

Full fender roll, make sure to push front tabs up, relocate rear tabs, trim inside of rear bumper down.
I don't mind repeating it, but I feel like I've said it like 100 times
