^yeah you can. Most cops won't bother you about it but sometimes it does happen. I know a couple friends around my area that got tickets within the last month for being too low. You'll usually only get busted though if you're car is slammed.

I'm in Florida and I have received a height violation and a modified exhaust violation which is almost unheard of. I truely had no idea about the ride height law in FL. 3" or street method is a pack of cigs.

Most places I believe the way to properly test is height of the front bumper beam from the ground or headlights to the ground.

You are 100% correct. (headlight to the ground)

that's why that ticket was throw away in court.

Im running 9.5" +38 with a 245/40/17 rear with -3 camber with a roll, pull and flare. No rubbing at all even in the most extreme cornering but my lip and frame scrape everywhere.

Why get a 9.5 over a 9.0 wheel when you're just going to put a 245 tire on it?
