Very nice! And people say it can't be done on stock body! Do you have any pics of the front fenders? Are they just rolled as well?
Front are rolled and flared.

I can get some pics later, but the only pics I have are on the other page.

Rims come from the manufacturer that way, 2 stems.

Why don't you just buy them from one of the sponsors? A few different ones have them in stock.

RPF1 17x9 +45 with 245/40/17 tires non-staggered ( front and rear )

At Stock ride height will rub slightly on the rear tab/bolt. No fender rolling necessary.

245 is absolutely the smallest tire I would use on a 9 inch rim. 245 looks too small in my honest opinion.

I felt no appreciable difference in acceleration with the lighter rims, despite the tire and wheel being noticeably lighter than the stock wheels and tires.
Veru informative thank you. I've been looking for answers on this set-up because I have the exact same thing, and wanted to see if I need to take precautions just in case.

Also running 17x9 +45 with 245/40 all around, and have yet to feel any kind of rubbing with stock suspension and height. Doesn't seem like a fender roll is necessary as you said on stock height, but it defenitly needs a more aggressive alignment to tuck in the fronts more so then the back. Back sits flush with the body, and with a little bit more camber will be perfect, but the fronts stick out a bit more and will need some camber adjustments to get them even with the car.

The difference I can feel the most with this set up is the overall improved grip of the front tires which in turn have made the rear of the car more twitchy...despite this it's still a lot easier to control.

I'm still debating about relocating my bumper tabs/bolts.

Yes, the 17x9 +45 is the most concave the RPf1's spokes get.
