What exactly is involved with 'relocating' the tab?
Get a dremel, jack the car up, and take the wheels off. While it's up in the air, look under the wheel well and see where the screw that holds the bumper onto the rear fender is. Drill a hole about 1 to 1.5" further towards the back of the car (be careful not to drill THROUGH the fender as well). Once you like the location of the new hole, trim that "ledge" (it will be plastic bumper and the metal from the fender sandwiched) so that it's closer to the new screw hole. Put a new screw (I used a nut and a screw) in the new hole, making sure it's aligned and sitting evenly. Tighten it up and you're good to go.

thanks man. i could actually go alot lower, but i would be rubbing alot more. the rear imo is at a perfect height, so im gonna lower the front 1/2" just to get it even with the rear. plus it handles absolutely amazing now with the 255's all around, so i dont want to mess with it

Quick snap from j-rod's house when I helped get his coilovers on. Popped his hardtop off and set it on mine just to see how it looks. I've been wanting to see how a black hardtop would look opposed to silverstone. I think I'm really liking it. Oh yeah, rpf1s on the car of course
I've been wanting a Berlina hardtop for soooo long now.

Those wheels are sick. They are almost too "aggressive" looking for a stock body S. You need a hardtop and bumper
