find some posts by me about 5 pages ago. i run a 245/40F and 255/40R on Fk452's. if you all are gonna do a 235, i would start thinkin about the front fenders. you might get by, but be prepared to flare the fronts. Anyway, a few pages back i do talk about alignment settings and everything. just read the posts.
I saw the post but do you happen to have any pictures? Azenis run much wider than the 452's. I don't think I will have problems in the rear so much as the front.

Getting the tires mounted tomorrow. Pics of fender trimming, fender liner trimming and bolts would be very helpful if anyone has the time!

Start off with rolling your fenders and if it still rubs relocate the bumper tab and if it still rubs trim some more off the bumper/fender and last solution is negative camber. The rear bumper tab should be relocated about 3-4 inches back from its previous spot. Use a drill bit to make new hole for the screw and a dremmel to grind down the excess metal/plastic on the bumper/fender.

Ya, rolling the fenders will help a lot. Most of your local tuner shops will have a tool to do this. You can ask to borrow it or pay them a small fee to do it for you.
