Official Enkei RPF1 Thread

I'm pretty sure if you look on enkei's site the rpf v2 doesn't come in any good sizes. Looks like they were designed for smaller cars. Unless they've changed something lately I don't think we'll be seeing them in any good sizes.

Cut... don't roll, you all are taking big chances. Pull the grinding wheel or dremel out and go to town, its cleaner looking and doesn't require a special roller. I have yet to see an s2k with rolled rear fenders without cracked and chipped paint. s2k paint is soft. Its not worth it when you have the other option of cutting, there is no possible bad outcomes with this method unless you do something really stupid.

Damn! Hey the 9.5's would be the +38's right? I din't know they made a +32 in the 9.5 either way are you planing on tucking those babies in with some proper camber? They look nearly vertical like stock spec or less not sure how long till you get your fenders but tucking those in with some camber for now might serve you, certainly would serve the rest of us that may have to be subjected to looking at any future pics of your car in its current state Not for the faint of heart... I kid... I kid

I have seen decent about of s2k with rolled fenders, when its done right with the fender roller, heat gun and decent amount of patience. Clean rolled fenders can be achieve.

thats right abour cutting the fender... you do have to re-weld a seam on the fender in order to keep them from splitting and also from cutting anything that touches it.. its gonna be a tough battle to keep it all lookin good but i think im up for the challenge lol....

There is nothing wrong with having them rolled if the person knows what they are doing. Not anyone can pick up a fender roller and expect it to come out perfect. and for the one that said the s2k paint is soft I would imagine that to make things a bit easier to work with and would be less likely to cause paint chipping.
