I'm a bit behind on this thread...but re: the Accord/Pilot/Whatever else centre caps that the online retailers list for about US$22each, my local dealer wants C$65 each! Ouch.

Found a set on eBay, used though, for US$10. If they don't look nice, whatever - I'll strip them down, paint them and have vinyl 'H' decals cut, or something.
