update... went back with the wife to talk to the manager, they said he was at the shreveport store (1hour away), but we just went there 20mins before and i had talked to the "manager"??? well, they give us the # to the other store, we call and yes the manager just went to lunch 5 mins ago....... well as we leave the parking lot of the longview store the SOB that i talked to 1st pulls up!!! so the guy that i talked to who said he was the manager was in fact not the manager!!!!!! busted!... tomorrow i will get in touch with the REAL MANAGER!!!

That sucks. I'd want that crap off my car and my money back. I'd take my business elsewhere. Even if they offer to redo the windows, I'd take it somewhere else just to make sure I didn't give them any of my money after the f**ked up way they've done you so far.
