The next 3 series w/FACELIFT, M7, and 5 series
E65 M7
E60 5Series
So much for NOT wanting to make the future BMW models looking like "sauseges" Mr. Bangle!
now all their cars went from looking aggressive to looking like they have a bad case of lazy eye!

What the heck is wrong with BMW? I actually like the new headlamp treatment but that's not what's bugging me. This will be the third (or fourth) e46 face lift. I would be pretty pissed off if I bought a newly "face lifted" 2002 e46 only to have it redesigned the next year!
Death to Bangle!!!!

once you knew what benz or bmw you were looking at w/out reading it's badges, now i can't tell a CLK from an E class or E class from an S class or even a C class... it's annoying!
from far, the 3, 5 and 7 look all to similar to me!
yes, they face lift the e46 for the worst. the 4 door had the light treatment first, and i think it's staying the same, the 2 door is last to get those lazy eyes! i think they should have kept that headlight treatment to the sedans only, leave the perfect 3 coupes and m3's alone!
i'd actually be VERY HAPPY if i bought an a current E46 and not had to settle for the ugly redesigns of it!
besides, smart consumers know ahead of time what car they can have if they waited a bit... now w/the internet, it's not as secrative... so you could know in 2 years what car you'd like to own and how it would look!

Interesting at best. Saw my first Z4 (silver) in real life last night at the dealer placed, whether on purpose or by accident, next to a new silver Z3. I prefer the Z3. I can handle the side and somewhat like the rear, but I just can't get by the front. It looks like a whale to me. JMO

The headlight treatments on all the pictures above look much more feminine, and much more sleepy!
Could it be BMW is trying to market more to women? I didn't think they needed to!
