Yes that bumper is only widebody. Amuse does make a non-wide bumper called the R1 with an integrated undertray, but it has a totally different (and much more subtle) look.
If you want that Amuse kit it is going to set you back a little over $6000 (without factoring in that you'll need a custom exhaust made to fit the rear).

WOW 6 grand lol dam..anyone just see the front bumper and a different side and rear?? lol also does anyone know the website for Amuse??
The kit isn't just a front/rear bumper and sideskirts. It is front bumper, front fenders, sideskirts, rear over quarter panels, rear bumper, and a bunch of little bits tying them together. So no you're not going to see just the front bumper with a different set of sideskirts and rear.
6G's actually isn't that bad as the quality is top notch (if you think 6K for a widebody is a lot than I'm guessing you've never seen anything that matches the quality, fit and finish of Amuse products).
And PowerHouse Amuse's website is:

Unfortunately they don't have a US distributor, but there are a number of shops that can import it for you.
You gotta pay to play, this isn't a Wings West kit on a Civic we're talking about here
