My biggest problem is the fact that I have an MY06 S2000, which has a returnless fuel system, and is limited to about 8-9 psi before having to convert to a return fuel system. Its all good though--once I have "gotten used to" 325rwhp I'll do the conversion.

I feel you on the smaller pulley--once I've overcome the returnless fuel system issue I will go with the smallest pulley available. Regarding the AEM EMS, I am moving on to newer and better things!
