That is a CHD Componenti Widebody Kit. Not many people know it here since it is a company based in Italy. The price of the kit is 3800 Euros.

Repost for me but glad to see it again. Not a fan of the quad exhaust but with that fat turbo I guess it needs all the pipes it can get.
