Mmmmmm Blingen. 
Personally I think the Mugen HT looks better, sleeker when painted like that, but look is subjective. However, I'd get the Mugen just because of the more aerodynamic shape it has.
Then again The OEM top has defroster and interior lining, which makes it slightly more suitable for the street.

While I love the Mugen, I'd go with the OEM. It sort of makes the car look as if it came with it. It flows a little better than the Mugen. Viewing from the side, the hardtop doesn't flow well with the front windshield. Visibility must suck too.... but again just my opinion
