I knew going in to this that most people wouldn't like the wheels over the LMs... The fact is that I've had my BBS's for 5 years, and in that time they've become pretty damn played out. Basically I'm bored of them, and I want to go a new direction with my car. I was considering selling my meisters off of my civic to buy these, but we'll see what I decide in the next week or so. I absolutely love these wheels, so something will have to go.
there's a reason the LM's are considered timeless. they'll look good for many years to come.

if you really like these (and they do have a certain appeal to them), put the LM's away, don't get rid of them. when you're tired of the too wide, too much color, too hard to have fun driving wheels, then change back to the LM's.

that's what i do, i switch between my TE37's, SSR type-c's, blitz, stockies. whatever my mood is for the month. BTW colored wheels get really old, really quick. it's nice to be able to switch them around.

That would be great, if I could keep both, but I'm a broke college student and I can't afford two sets of wheels... I mean if I sell my LM's I will have money left over after buying these wheels for fender rolling and the rollbar that I've always wanted.

I'd love to keep the LM's, but unless I sell my meister's off of my civic it won't happen... I will have to sell something in order to pick these up.

I like those new wheels, but I think it would be hard for most wheels to match your car more completely than the LMs.

then just go with what satisfies you at the moment. no-one throws away LM's. you can always re-purchase a set in the future.

from my personal experience: when i got my ssr's in white, i was sooooo happy with them. after two months, i couldn't wait to put silver wheels back on, though. a friend also had a set of LM's on his M3, after a month on TE37 TIME ATTACKS, he went back to the LM's. he just got so bored with the solid color.

Those look great but the front seems especially aggressive (considering how low your car is). It's got to rub over bumps (at speed) or at full lock....?
