What are you guys thinkin'???? LOL!

As some of you already know....
My S was rear-ended over the Labor Day weekend during our big So. California meet.
It was stop-n-go traffic going I-5 south near Oceanside and I was nearly stopped when an 85 year old man in his '01 Toyota Avalon didn't realize I stopped.
He already claimed his fault and his insurance is paying for my damages.
Here are some pics....

Notice what's on his front bumper!!

My drivers side exhaust smashed into my lower control arm, doesn't look like any damage to the suspension though...

On the flatbed tow truck....

Sad.....very sad!

Any pics of it from the side? I'd like to see what the wheels look like.

Ah damn SoCal... the RG-Rs are okay huh?

DMVs really should have more stringent/different driving tests for older people, especially in the areas of reaction time and spacial relationships. I'd bet it's pretty close to people who are drunk or sleepy.
