You have to find some way of ordering directly from japan. There's a few websites out there. Takakaira.com for example. There's a lot of caveats of doing it this way, namely $$. Maybe you could get it through Bulletproof?
It uses the OEM Honda hardtop attaching parts which you have to buy separately. The top is designed to accept these parts.
