When driving its best to use the heel-toe method, not the heal toe method.

I've found most autoX's I've been to it's best to just run the whole thing in 2nd gear. 1st gear is has to much torque, it upsets the balance of the car too much, you'll find that 2nd gear even under Vtec has sufficient power and it smoother. Smoother = Faster. Then again, I have an AP2 which has like.. 100lb/ft torque more than an AP1.
