shiaochiu: I got the silicone from Autozone, you can get it at your local auto store. Also I think the hardest part was baking the headlight the first time because i was scared and sat next to the ovan also realigning my bumper/headlights ect...other wise my second headlight was cake walk..
I also was thinking about getting a clear diffuser but then I thought this would be nicer looking since its shiny.

looks nice, i'll have to take a look at it next time i see your car at work
p.s. Not sure if you care or not, but i know a few people spray a coat of silver paint over the amber side blinker bulb. That way when you have the lights off, the bulb matches the silver on the headlights and the amber doesn't show. Then when you turn on your parking/driving lights at night, the amber will still be able to shine through the silver paint.
