it happen last night at 2am..i was at the stop sign..then some tc guy behind suddenly ran into me hard..he saying he was trying to brake but his car had it wheel locked..i dont belive it all at. good thing he has insurance.so im trying to think if i should still stick with 04 oem rear bumper or get new bumper like J's...so what ya opinion i should do with the bumper..after all i was thinking getting J's rear bumper..but havent made my decesion yet..

Make sure they do a tear down on your rear bumper assy. There may be some rear body damage on your car.

yeah sorry, i would check for rear body damage and see how much you get then work form there because some after market bumpers can get pricey
