Thats because it's actually engineered. Almost all other aftermarket exhausts are not.
Sweet!

Sound clips please! That looks like one of the few Mugen products I'd spend the money on. I'd love to hear it.

Nice choice! Everyone that has this exhaust loves it. It will get a little louder after a few thousand miles.
you're exactly right. when I got mine I thought it was almost too quiet, and as a result I am now the butt of all jokes in NY Metro. "is it on?"

now, top down and throttle down...sounds beautiful.

you'll see.

Nice!! The AP2 Mugen is one sweet looking exhaust alright. THE BEST looking IMO. And it's extremely well engineered and constructed too. Has a very nice muscular sound to it. Great throttle blips. And on my S it felt a bit snappier than stock. Maybe not on the top end, but the VTEC transitions definitely felt crisper to me.

Did I mention I have a nearly brand new one for sale if anybody wants to save a few bucks? . I waited a looooong time to get it...

Great piece of equipment you've got there. The Mugen stuff may be expensive, but I've never heard anyone having a single bit of trouble with any piece and everyone seems to love them. I've heard the Mugen in person on an AP1, and it sounds fantastic. The looks are also second to none. Congrats on a new toy!

saw the install and heard the same exhaust a few months ago. Light as feather and sounds good too. Almost sounds as good as the comptech.
