you are right s2kmugen. I am sorry for being unclear. Spoon monoblock does give us the option of using stock pad and spoon pad, it does not require using spacer like j's and might be lighter than j's. However, j's has better stopping power due to 6 pistons, more $$$ for pad and require the use of spacer to clear the wheel. You might find some wheels that fit. Also the roll/flare of front oem fenders and/or aftermarket wide fenders. For a street car, yes it is overkill to have j's 6 pistons but nice to have nonetheless for baller. I am getting the spoon mono block calipers & asm front fiberglass ap2 diffuser the end of this year when I come to the sema show. I am keeping the stock fenders for now, possibly going to c-west front&rear fenders in a couple of years to complete my project.
