$2500 from FedEx was definitely the highest quote that I received when shopping around. The next one down was $1200 from Horseless Carriage. So why pay double? One, in my research, I've read nothing but good reviews for Passport FedEx. I read some horror stories, like this company was moving some guy's classic 83 Porsche, went bankrupt midway during the transport and his car disappeared. Second, my new employer picked up the tab.
