They are both the same wheel, but they are just painted differently.
The LE's stand for limited edition because they come in gunmetal with the polished lip and they don't make them anymore like that.
But its not a big deal when you can paint rims anyway color or finish you like these days (like i did with the black in between the spokes in the pics above)

I'm not the biggest fan of polished lips on any wheels unless they're LM's or 540R's but TE's are my all time favorite wheels since I first saw them on an R34 GTR back in '03 or so at a HIN.
