Looks great. I have done something similar on my old '04 with great results. Have you considered applying a new clear coat to the lights? It seems the clear coat from the factory is what usually gets chipped, fades, cracks, etc.

Thanks a lot guys, appreciate it.

@ADRs2k, yeah I have been doing that on other headlights that I do. This one wasn't bad enough to need a clear coat but I did use a few coats of fresh clear on my dad's Taurus.
Before:


And then, I sanded down all the way to like 1500grit, and clear coated it.


Then I wetsanded and buffed out the orange peel, and it looked fully stock again.

I buffed mine when I bought my S2K, but now am thinking about wet sanding then buffing them. I want em to look like brand new!
