If I would have done the mod I would have made a tutorial/DIY. I didn't though... these were done by s4play. I just got done installing them and thought people would like to see them.
Thanks for the compliments guys. The pics/vid really don't do them justice (I'm terrible at taking pics anyways). They look 10x better in person. Honestly I'm not totally in love with the blinkers, but the blinkers aren't on much anyways, so I'm not too concerned. The front LEDs are going to get the most use, and I think they look awesome.

Your going to get in trouble with those blue LEDs (they appear blue?) guarenteed.
2nd to last pic shows them best, but they still look whiter than that in person.
