Wait isn't that an oxymoron? After market ECU and ITBs automatically make it not legal for use on California public roads right. Why even bother with a cat at that point It's not like you can swap ECUs to be legal because of the ITBs.

I'm no professional at any particular field in racing, but as far as I know, it's always a good idea to build a car that is healthy for everyone, pushes a good desirable power, can be constantly beat on, and nobody will be bothered by it - as a result their attention is on the design and performance of the car, and not the unwanted residue it leaves behind. and most importantly, it would be so that I enjoy driving it at any time

I haven't chosen a tuner yet. i still have to organize all the hardware (vacuum lines, fuel line, etc) and then i'll go look for a tuner and see what ecu the shop is best with.
