ITB is on. Car isn't running. There's a load of stuff I have to get done for the itb before tuning.. these are the priorities to get the car running:
fuel line, ecu, vacuum lines, wheels, tires, re-arrange seat, catalyst to make it street legal atleast, & tuning

Thanks guys the s will be hitting the track and streets on weekends around summer time.

Wait isn't that an oxymoron? After market ECU and ITBs automatically make it not legal for use on California public roads right. Why even bother with a cat at that point It's not like you can swap ECUs to be legal because of the ITBs.

in general it's healthier and quieter and it gets rid of the black smoke - as long as it doesn't smell and nothing black or white comes out, it's legal when viewed and heard from a distance...

I'm no professional at any particular field in racing, but as far as I know, it's always a good idea to build a car that is healthy for everyone, pushes a good desirable power, can be constantly beat on, and nobody will be bothered by it - as a result their attention is on the design and performance of the car, and not the unwanted residue it leaves behind. and most importantly, it would be so that I enjoy driving it at any time

i haven't chosen a tuner yet. i still have to organize all the hardware (vacuum lines, fuel line, etc) and then i'll go look for a tuner and see what ecu the shop is best with.

I highly suggest Elton Lo at Raceline in Temple City for tuning.

I've heard good things about Bisi too since you're local to them.
