Nobody said it's cheap, along with the NSX-R gearknob. If you think that's too expensive. That's completely understandable.

Torching the knob takes a few minutes...come out, I'll show you some I've done for the Metro....

Better than the ARC and OEM NSX-R variant. I've always been searching for the perfect gearknob and this one takes the cake. This is how it looks like, in-cabin.
