J's Racing Ti Shift Knob
By Popular demand. I pushed the boot down a little so it doesnt touch the knob. It definitely looks better that's for sure.

I like it better with the locknut. I had it without it for a week, but the second I put it back on I knew that's the feel I was going for. I like being able to grip the underside of the knob when shifting forward. Even J's uses the locknut.

And yes, it's titanium and countersunk. As far as the temp goes, I haven't had it in the summer so I'm not sure if it gets super hot, but it does get cold as a motha.

I have the same knob... mine is lowered but, a couple of times i hit my fingers against the radio door when its open!!!! hurts like a bitch. one more time and im raising it !!!!!
