yeah...that's interesting. I guess different wheels just work totally different ways. I've seen 17x9.5 +35 TE's that were flat faced. Guess CE's just work totally different.

I think the CE's concave sooner because the spokes "bulge" out then curve back in to create the concave look. There's alot more clearance with that method of concaving. TE spokes, however, just go straight from the lip to the hub without bulging outward first...this requires a higher offset. Just a theory

So does this mean that concave rears on CEs are achievable? All it takes is some courage and some to your rear fenders?

^^Thanks! hmm...it doesnt look like he has the clearance as the J's car though. i wonder if he rubs at all?

the J's car has a mad flare...don just did a roll a pull...looks much better imo
