No, cutout in that bumper is made to fit with intakes like ASM, Mugen and J's racing type snorkels. But, since AEM sits in that Passenger side wheel well area, the passenger side duct on the ings+1 leads straight to the filter.

DAMN, that is freakin' hotttttt as hell. i always liked that kit, but now i think i love it especially after seeing it on a silverstone. i also wasn't a big fan of the rear, but these pics have got me liking that too. guess its more money down the drain for me.
oh, and if you don't lose the mesh, powdercoat it black, that might look dope.

Thanks for all the replies. After the wreck it was 6 weeks before I got her back on the street so I had to post up a gallery hehehe
Questions answered pretty well for me already but:
The H badge was in that low location for about 12-15 hours. I decided to place it there about 3am one morning after about 17 hours of modding her so it was a decision made in an altered state of mind LOL
I put the INGS logo on for my first car show ever and what a waste of time that was. The judges came up and said talk your car up for us and I was like "well it has the INGS+1 full kit (one of three full kits on right now in the US that I know of) on it and CWest hood and 04 headlight conversion and the the Tein dampers and comptech adj springs etc etc etc and he said "got any neon" - NO got a system - NO OK Thanks and moved on. No lighting no ICE = no trophies at this show. So I have to get a bunch more stuff done before I can compete with the flashy cars LOL All in all I was just excited to have her back and wanted to see what other thought of it so I entered on a whim
The INGS intake is designed for the OEM Box or other intake designed for the OEM location (J's, Garage defend etc etc) My AEM V2 actually rests against the passenger side grille screen on the kit (it even pushes the screen forward a little). I have to fashion an umbrella for the air filter because I know I will be getting some drainage from the hood holes during rain.
I am glad the kit is being well recieved and I will say the kit is an excellent fit for front and rear but the sideskirts were a little on the tight side and caused a crack on each on the front top corners where they wrap into the wheel well. That could have been us tweaking the screws a little much but it happened on both sides
Much luv back to you the S community for the comments

I've always been a fan of the kit since day one when I first saw it. But I think you need to loose the mesh inserts. It looks too "Wings West" for such a great kit. And also loose the wire loom under the hood. Otherwise, the car looks awesome and will look even better once you get some wheels
