Go Moonrock or even better go Lambo Titanium.
As for painting flat black it turns into gloss black as soon as the clear coat hits it.
Flat black is durable like a primer and obviouslly you don't have to worry about fading so no clear coat should be applied.

I'd professionally detail you'll be suprised what some ppl can do with old paint it might come up pretty nice and be alot cheaper, go in the wash and wax forum on here and ask around im sure someone will help ya out! alot cheaper than a repaint and it will be orginal too.

you put a deadner in the clear and it will dry flat did my old eg that way. you can also use an acrylic enamel base coat and put the deadner in it but its more of a satin black than just plain flat

Satin Black > Flat Black

I'm sorry, but Flat Black takes a lot to pull it off. Even then, it doesn't look right most of the time.

Scrap the Flat black idea and go with Satin Black.
