I'm fine, I got an estimate today. 1597.xx my insurance company is covering everything but my deductible, they are considering it "other than accident" because I didn't hit the deer, but rather vis versa. I was pointed out that my fender was dented also, I didn't notice that until today.

I promise I wasn't drifting, and when I do some research into statutes of limitations concerning traffic crimes I will release the video... I have it on tape

Same exact thing happened to me over two years ago. T-Boned me on the same side. Started at the mirror, dented the A-Frame, and rolled across the door and rear fender. I cried real tears that night.

Damage was 3k+ for me. -- sorry 'bout your ride man.
