i appreciate the comment, but i did kind of ask for suggestions for daily driving purposes.

actually, i've now dediced to get a gently used ap1 to cut down on costs and then put some more money to mods!!!!

i'm about to stroll into the performance parts and mod section to look at turbos

To be honest, I wouldn't look for an S2000 based on price (unless you really can't afford it). That being said, ap1 FTMFW! You won't regret getting either ap1 or ap2. TSX looks great and can't wait to see what your S2000 turns out as.

ap2 probably an 04-05 would be BEST for you since you want lower price as well as 06+ are a little harder to mod

I've had both an ap1 and an ap2 and have had FI, if I could do it all over again I would go with an ap2 because of all the minor updates and fixes, new headlight/taillight design with glass convert (can find this on 02+ but anyway) along with other interior/exterior bumpers, console etc changes

I went with an 07 the second time around because I fell in love with the laguna blue pearl which is only offered 06+
