Go to the "Start Button" Click - Photo Album -. Then add a photo to your photo album from your hard drive. After its in your photo album click on the picture. Once it's loaded right click on the picture, press properties, and highlight and copy the Address URL. Go to your post select "IMG" and paste the URL to the pic. There yah go, post away.

You won't have a photo album here until you is a member or regitered owner. The best you can do right now would be to find a place to host the pic and link in the URL.
BTW - Once it's in you album there is no need to copy and paste the URL. You can use the "Insert Photo From Your Album" button.
