Default Honing in on SLR skills.

Just a few more shots as I am learning how to use the camera, all shots were at 200 ISO, and Im pretty sure what I was adjusting was the shutter speed to make up for the light differences. I did mess with the F-STOP a tad bit, bit it wasnt making enough difference for me to tell what it was doing.:dunno:

Well here she goes..first two were edited obviously, but the last 3 are raw(just border was added). Any suggestions? Im learning, so let me have it!

in a nutshell: opening up the f-stop will make the background blurry or not in focus, it's a good way to draw more attention to the subject of interest(car)

but if you want every landscape and the car to be focus, use a higher number fstop.

try zoom in in the area you want to focus and make sure it's focus and then zoom it out, i think the last picture was not really as sharp/focus on the car. on yeah, bring a tripod even if you think you don't need it.

Yeah, I somehow lost my tripod. I would normally use it for everything, gotta get a new one. I was taught a quick lesson on the whole ISO, Shutter speed, F-STOP tonight. Now I just have to see if I can remember it all.
